INDUSTRIAL MULTIHEAD DEPOSITORS AND EXTRUDERS

Polin’s industrial department offer full production lines for deposited and wire cut biscuits capable of processing up to 1500kg of dough per hour.  Lines comprise mixers, dough feeding systems, wire cut or combined deposit and wire cut heads, for one or two colours/flavours of dough as well as a third head filling system for filled biscuits etc. Production can be completed with travelling ovens where required. The accurate depositing systems feature advanced feeding rollers and effective pumps to ensure constant pressure for precise depositing without weight and volume fluctuation.  With vertical and horizontal head movement the depositor head follows belt movement to ensure accuracy without product tails. The head disassembles quickly for cleaning and for changing accessories for different products. Wire cut options and extruding heads allow for fast production and flexibility with filled end products.
