While we produce many chemical stores for our clients – including our standardised products the Kite, Hawk and Falcon, which give different levels of protection against spillages – this case study illustrates something a bit different. It incorporates both a paint store and a spray booth, located on farmland in Dorset.
Usually chemical stores don’t require lining and insulation, but by fitting the container with a wipe-clean melamine lining it’s easy to clean up any mess created by paint spraying, and is a safe environment to carry out this activity in. The ventilation provided in the Falcon chem store is essential for an area where chemicals are sprayed, and the grate flooring and drainage valves are a easy way to deal with any spillages and mess from the paint.
