Our client, The Laughing Stock, specialises in outdoor event catering for parties, festivals or events. Recent events include the Udderbelly festival on the Southbank. This particular conversion we undertook has been adapted as a mobile pizzeria. Special features include a full length roller shutter door, hinged access hatch, and a metal panel to form an oven canopy.
