How to list your trailer for sale

Start with a clear advert and measured specification.

Choose your listing

Decide between standard and boosted listings for each trailer. Standard is £8 for the first 8 weeks then £1/week per listing. Boosted is £16 for the first 8 weeks then £2/week in total and gives priority placement at the top of results.

Add details and photos

Enter trailer type, maker, model, year, measured body or deck length and width, axle configuration, suspension type, coupling details and any working equipment such as ramps or tail lifts. Add clear photos and a short walk-round video. Shared seller contact and location details can be reused for multiple items.

Review your adverts

Check each advert for accurate specification, selected Boosted placements and the eight-week total before you pay. Once live, buyers contact you directly so you manage enquiries and complete the sale between you and them.

How much does it cost to advertise trailers?

Standard is £1/week per listing with an initial £8 for the first 8 weeks. Boosted is £2/week in total with an initial £16 for the first 8 weeks. Both include photos and video and there is no commission on your sale.

Can I advertise more than one trailer?

Yes. Choose any number from 1 to 25 and pay £1/week per listing. You can mix Standard and Boosted within that range and boost selected items to £2/week. Each listing has an 8-week minimum per listing.

What is the difference between Standard and Boosted?

Both include photos and video, UK and international visibility and no commission on your sale. Boosted listings are promoted to the top of results for priority visibility while Standard items remain in the regular listing order.

What should I include in my trailers advert?

Give the trailer type and intended use, maker, model and year plus measured body or deck length and width. State axle number and arrangement, suspension and brake type, coupling or drawbar detail, tyre sizes and working equipment such as ramps, tail lifts or curtains. Note condition, known faults and which documents you can supply and include clear photos and a short walk-round video.

Can you help upload our stock?

Unlimited is £99/month, covers up to 2,000 active standard listings across categories and includes assisted uploading from our team. We will confirm setup details, commitment, cancellation terms and the payment start date before your subscription begins.

Do you charge commission when my trailer sells?

No. We do not take commission on sales. You pay the chosen advertising option and buyers contact you directly to complete the sale.
