We converted not one, but three shipping containers to make up new premises for their beach cafe and surf shop business, Drift in West, on East Wittering beach in Sussex.
We modified 2 x 20ft containers, and a third one of 10ft, based on our design for the MenuBox pop-up catering unit, which includes all essential features for preparing and serving food on the go from. A full length roller shutter door was fitted into the first 20ft container, along with roller shutter serving hatches in all three containers. Hopefully the queues will be kept down with all these hatches!
