Thanks to its built-in gas powered boiler, steam is quickly generated and provides a consistent supply of steam, even throughout long, busy services.

Control is simple too, as the intuitive touch-screen display gives you the precision to programme up to 15 steps of cooking easily. Each of the 20 racks can have an independent timing too, so even if you’re cooking multiple different dishes throughout the oven, you’re in complete control.
