With so many optional features taking the Micro from a basic bench top capper all the way to a fully automatic system, it is no surprise that the Micro-Mono was an instant success and continues as Cap Coder’s highest selling capping machine.
Modular in design, ease of use, compact size and immense flexibility make the Micro-Mono at home anywhere from small laboratories, to start-up companies to large scale production facilities.
Using quick release tooling on all the product change parts makes the Micro ideal for those that complete smaller batches with frequent product change over.
The new “Micro-Mono E” brings a first for the industry. An all-electric version of the Micro means that NO COMPRESSED AIR is needed to operate the machine.
Using all servos and electric linear actuators, means that the Micro-Mono E can operate in a high ISO Class clean room where compressed air contamination is a potential problem.
