Following on from the great success of the AlphaFill, its successor, the BetaFill brings a large technological leap, using more up to date technology such as touchscreen HMI and more accurate stepper motors.
Aimed at those that need the cleanliness that comes with a peristaltic filling machine but do not necessarily need the tighter accuracy filling that comes with more high-end peristaltic pumps.
That’s not to say the BetaFill is lacking. With the ability to fill to +or- 3%, recipe recall, suck back, intelligent fill level calibration and the highly desirable option of “piggy backing” up to four slave units of the original master unit, make for a very feature heavy entry level filler.
Especially for those taking advantage of the slave unit feature, the BetaFill is the most cost effective, UK manufactured filler in the market.
