This fully automated E-liquid filling system takes bulk liquid, bottles, and caps and creates 7200 shelf-ready products an hour! Using 8 volumetric pistons with continuous motion filling heads and 8 rotary capping heads, the FC-120 can produce up to 120 bottles of E-Liquid per minute!
From the initial bottle unscrambling, the conveyor system to move those bottles into place, the automated filling, the unscrambling and sorting of the caps, and then the application of those caps, this machine can fully automate your E-Liquid packaging process.
