Currently undergoing the refurbishment process by our expert in-house team of engineers is this 2011, tie-bar-less Engel Victory 1050/220 Spex injection moulding machine, complete with full cell including Viper Robot and integrated Conveyor. Fitted with a 55mm plasticising unit. A very versatile machine with proven technology and good support from the people at Engel UK. A great opportunity to have an OEM complete automation system in a compact package, while benefiting from efficient drive technology.
This Engel machine is equipped with energy saving servo drive technology, which was an added option from Engel when the machine was manufactured. This optional extra was marketed as ‘Ecodrive’ at the time.
Please note that the dimensions given on the datasheet are for the machine only. The complete cell measures 5665mm long x 2603mm wide x 3600mm high inclusive of integrated conveyor and viper robot.
Machines awaiting refurbishment can be reserved with a small deposit and the refurbishment is then prioritised and scheduled.
Refurbished machines from STV Machinery undergo a comprehensive test procedure during which every function of the machine is tested and if necessary repaired. A production run of at least 5000 fault free cycles prior to sign off ensures trouble free operation once delivered. Machines are ultra clean and cosmetically as good as we can get them. We guarantee our refurbs are delivered fault free and leak free.
