Established in 2018 Pinpoint Mapping focusses on the provision of practical surveying solutions. We provide land surveys (topographical surveys, boundary surveys and highway surveys), aerial drone surveys plus measured building surveys.
The key to successful surveying and mapping is the application of a range of survey technology to achieve precision land surveys and measured building surveys. Since 2018 we have worked with architects, developers, planning consultants and private homeowners in Bristol, Bath and surrounding South West counties plus further afield into London, across to Wales and up to Scotland.

Here at Pinpoint Mapping in Bristol its all about the provision of accurate land surveys: from topographic surveys for small residential requirements through to larger scale surveys such as footpaths, roads, parks and farmland and onto highway surveys, boundary surveys and setting out.
Full Measured Building Surveys
Our full measured building surveys can be tailored precisely to meet the individual specification of your project in order to generate floorplans, elevations and sections which visualise a highly accurate representation of the building. Our experienced Bristol team can swiftly laser scan all sizes and manner of properties, ranging from private residences through to buildings such as hotels and offices, and onto larger facilities including heritage, industrial, retail and commercial sites.
3D Scanning & BIM
Using our 3D Laser Scanners to scan and collect high resolution 3D point-cloud data of a building, we can capture both its exterior and interior architectural features in precise detail that can be represented in a 3D Building Information Model (BIM). In order to meet a customer’s requirements we offer four individual BIM Levels of Development: Massing; Structural; Architectural and High Specification.
