Williams Trade Supplies Ltd are an award winning, independent, trade only plumbing and heating merchant with over 50 trade counters across the UK, and Regional Fulfilment Centres in Fareham, Manchester, Milton Keynes, and Bristol.
Our customer service is awesome, winning the Builder’s Merchants Awards Best Customer Service of the Year 2019, with judges noting ‘Williams is clearly the winner as its passionate about its customers and its customers are its core focus’. We’re also rated ‘Excellent’ on TrustPilot.
Founded by Mick Williams in 1972, we were a traditional local independent merchants for many years. The combination of great, competitively priced products, backed up by exceptional service, has catapulted Williams forwards to become a major regional independent and one of the fastest growing merchants in the UK.
Whilst other merchants may offer a confusing mess of price lists and discounts, we simply publish our best trade price, and charge the same price to every trade customer.
