Zanolli Citizen 9 Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven
The Citizen 9 is the single deck version of the largest size pizza oven in Zanolli’s prestige deck oven range. It accommodates 9 x 13” pizzas per deck.
These prestige ovens are built entirely from stainless steel. Armour plated elements are located near to the door to compensate for heat loss and ensure even heat distribution.
The oven has a full length door handle, viewing window and internal light.
Heavy duty stands and prover cabinets are available with this oven. Details are available on request.
As well as the full refractory stone floor as standard, there is an option to add refractory walls and ceiling too.
Built to a very high quality and designed to fit 9 x 12” pizzas (9 x 13” without pans).
This is a single deck oven, but a double deck version is available. Also, other sizes and fuel types are available in the Zanolli deck oven range.
