CHEFQUIP IM-50S Fixed Bowl Spiral Dough Mixer – 62L is part of the range of ChefQuip Spiral mixers that are robust to take the heaviest mixes yet are simple to use and easy to clean. The main body is made from castings giving the mixer the strength to cope, all the parts of the machine that come into contact with the food product are made from stainless steel. Special gear driven transmission ensures reliability with these fixed bowl spiral mixers.
