Description
Commercial kitchen extraction canopy hood with built in extractor fan for fast and efficient kitchen extraction. The extraction canopy is suitable for both gas and electric cooking equipment, and comes with easy clean removable baffle filters and full length grease channel for easy cleaning.
Materials
The extraction hood is 100% commercial stainless steel construction. The stainless steel has an elegant brushed finish and looks clean and modern.
The fan motor is an axial plate fan motor that comes with spigot connection, through wall ducting, motor connection flanges and external mesh weathering grill.
The extract fan motor comes with a variable speed controller that is mounted seperately.
