The planetary mixing action ensures thorough mixing of the contents – even fine flour at the base of the bowl is mixed in. Once you’re finished mixing, the Buffalo planetary mixer is exceptionally easy to clean down. The bowl is dishwasher/utensil washer safe, as are all the mixing attachments.
