The backrest is attached to the angled back leg using mortice and tenon joins eliminating the need for screws and ensuring durability and is a single piece of wood whereby the width aids comfort and the wrap around arms offer additional support

Kick out of the back leg is closely in line with the backrest and therefore doesn’t protrude out as a “tripping” hazard
