Despite a slight dip from their record-breaking 2022 performance, with a 6.3% increase in registrations in 2023, totaling 13,855 vehicles, DAF remains unrivaled in its market presence. Notably, all other configuration and weight categories experienced growth as well.
Beyond market performance, DAF Trucks has achieved significant milestones in service excellence. Their 136-location DAF dealer network has secured IRTE workshop accreditation, making DAF the sole manufacturer to achieve this standard network-wide. This accreditation guarantees operators the highest level of workshop care, from technical expertise to customer service. Last year alone, DAF dealers conducted over 45,500 MOTs with an outstanding first-time pass rate of 98.75%.
Continual investment in infrastructure and services underscores DAF’s commitment to customer satisfaction. With over £80 million invested by DAF dealers, the company’s dedication to excellence shines through. Additionally, DAF Aid, the company’s roadside assistance program, delivered exceptional results in 2023, handling over 113,000 assistance jobs.
