Fenix III metering system – Two high precision metering systems that provide a constant and reliable seed metering.
Strong motor permits high seed rates at high speed
Integrated fan runs at low speed, resulting in minimised fuel consumption, quiet operation and reduced dust intake for improved drilling accuracy
Hydraulic driven Distributor auger provides limitless fertiliser capacity
Large, easy to fill 5000 litre hopper with dividing wall that allows the relation between the seed and fertiliser to be easily adjusted
Active Coulter pressure ensures impressive seed placement and even emergence. Sensors allow the machine to automatically compensate for an increased or decreased pressure, keeping it at a constant pre-set value.
High level distribution heads keep seed hoses at the perfect angle, even in hilly terrain, ensuring a perfect distribution
Automatic Headland sequence control automatically lifts and lowers the front tools and seed coulters in sequence, eliminating double drilling or overworked headlands
Both the seed and the fertiliser can be half shut-off to avoid double drilling and uneven crops
SeedEye allows you to easily set the number of seeds per square meter, without the need for calibration
E-Control iPad-based control and monitoring system that allows adjustment of the working depth of the front tool, seed coulters and hydraulic following harrow
Optional BioDrill allows small seed crops such as cover crops to be drilled together along with the main crop
The FIX-version has fertiliser coulters mounted in the front tool, eliminating an additional power requirement. Fertiliser is placed in 5 cm wide strips at 125 mm row spacing, in front of every seed row. Fertiliser depth can be adjusted from the cab. Available in 6,8 and 9 metre working widths
The InLine version places a low fertiliser rate in a separate outlet together with the seed in the seed coulter, providing the plant with quick nutrient, making blocking less likely
The Nordic-version has aggressive disc fertiliser coulters that place fertiliser with a very high coulter pressure between the seed rows at 250 mm row spacing. A benefit in conventional tillage spring drilling in dry conditions. Available in 6, 8 and 9 metre working widths.
