Used stainless steel tubular heat exchanger by Aurum Process Technology (UY) type APT K3720 304/316L H – with working surface about 3.5 m2.
Shell has volume 27,3 l and is designed for work in pressure range from -1 up to 6 bar. Working temperature range: 0 – 150 C. Material AISI 304.
Tubes have volume 14,4 l and are designed for work in pressure range from -1 up to 10 bar. Working temperature range: 0 – 185 C. Material AISI 316L.
Test pressure: shell – 9.5 bar, tubes – 16.2 bar. Last time used in dairy industry.
