Description
Used Brabender Prep Center having a model TSE35/17D-A conical twin screw extrusion head. Two conical intermeshing screws with a 35mm diameter at the barrel discharge end and a 17/1 L/D ratio. S/N 187502. Three (3) zone electrically heated, air cooled, vented and plugged barrel at a 45” centerline height. Unit is driven through a Sumitomo model SM-Cyclo gearbox. having a 17:1 reduction ratio. Gearbox is direct driven by a GE 10 HP 2500/3000 RPM DC motor with Baldor SCR control. Includes six (6) zone temperature control panel. 230-volt input.
