Screw length approximately 3020mm long x 112mm diameter screw, L/D ration of 27:1. Barrel is electrically heated and air cooled in 4 zones with air blowers air blowers with approximately 0.45kw motors. Unit is driven by 65kw, 420volt, 2000rpm 3ph, 50/60 hz motor through gearbox with 96:188 reduction ration. Unit has top entry Plasticolor 2200 vibratory feeder with horizontal screw feeder driven by 1.1kw motor. Unit includes local controls.
