Description
Used 4.5″ Prodex 32/1 L/D extruder with electrically heated water cooled (closed loop) barrel (side vented). Direct driven in tuck-under manner by 300 hp AC motor. Motor drive consisting of Yaskawa Model A1000 drive and 600 hp disconnect/400hp disconnect. Has Lufkin “Change Gear” gearbox with 15.03/1 reduction. Has a closed loop barrel cooling system and pump/heat exchanger for gearbox cooling. Includes heater control panel having (1) zones of temperature controls. Also included is a volumetric feeder with controls. Offered less extruder screw.
