Used pelletizing line consisting of:
– 4.5″ Welex 30/1 L/D vented extruder. Model 4.50-30.1-RHSTV, serial #2476-8-84. Has electrically heated, water cooled barrel. Driven by a 250 hp DC motor and SCR. Gearbox ratio 11.674/1. Includes temperature control panel.
– 6″ slide plate screen changer with hydraulic power unit and accumulator.
– Beringer WRP12 water ring pelletizer having new bearings and screens installed in the spin dryer in 2022.
