Used 40mm Werner & Pfleiderer co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder. Model ZSK40, serial #180399, new 1990. Has 46/1 L/D vented barrel with 11-barrel sections and a 41″ centerline height. Driven by 50 hp 500 volt 1750/2100 rpm DC motor with SCR control and with a screw speed of 517 rpm. Includes Acrison 1.5 hp weight loss differential feeder, 2.2 kw Tervac vacuum pump, and side feeder.
