Description
Unused 54″ wide Black Clawson extrusion coating station. Station consists of a primary casting roll (not installed) approximately 36″ O.D. X 54″ wide with a 16″ O.D. X 54″ rubber stripper roll mounted with air cylinders for pressure actuation. Station is also equipped with an air cylinder actuated carriage which includes a 16″ O.D. X 54″ wide rubber roll, and a 12″ O.D. X 54″ chrome roll with 8″ O.D. X 54″ rubber nip roll, each with rotary unions. Station is driven by a 30 HP AC motor with cone gear box equipped with 5/1 gear ratio. Station includes operator control panel with Allen Bradley Panelview 1000 but no PLC or primary control panel included.
