Description
Used Pelletizing line consisting of the following:
– 6″ 30/1 L/D Prodex model TM-600-30 vented extruder. Has electrically heated, water cooled barrel. Direct driven by a 400 hp Emerson DC motor with ABB digital SCR control. Has Prodex/Lufkin model TMH-60A-315 change gear box with 10.4:1 gears installed. Includes temperature control panel.
– Xaloy model EH-80 slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 8″ diameter breaker plates with model HPU-50 5 hp hydraulic pump power pack and controls, new 2008.
– Beringer model WRP12 water ring pelletizing system with 3-hp cutting head, 5 hp centrifugal dryer, and tempered water recirculation system with 5 hp pump.
