Used Magna Graphics Offset Gravure Coating Line No. 20. 64″ wide × 1,610 FPM (491 m/min) single-sided 3-roll offset gravure coating line, installed 1986. Designed for solvent- or water-based coatings on film or paper substrates.
Unwind & Web Handling – Magna Graphics 2-spindle turret unwind stand, S/N 387910-0, with nip roll station and AccuWeb Micro 4000 web guide system; bump roll station with edge trimming, web tension control, and roll carriage.
Surface Treatment – Corona Designs double-sided corona treater; double-sided steam moisturizing unit (2 total).
Coating Systems – Magna Graphics 3-roll offset gravure coating system; BTC LAS62W0 Dahlgren-type coating station.
Drying & Cooling – Tec Systems 40′ overhead 2-zone gas dryer; Megtec 40′ overhead 2-zone gas dryer; two 4-roll chill roll stations; 2-roll chill roll station (S/N 387910-035).
Rewind – Magna Graphics 2-spindle turret rewinder.
Controls – AccuWeb guide systems and Magna Graphics Line No. 20 control console.
