Description
Used bagasse fired bi-drum water tube boiler made by Walchandnagar Industries limited in 1988. Main characteristics as follows:
– maximum continuous rating is 32 tph (70,550 PPH), peak rating 35.2 tph (77,600 PPH).
– steam pressure at oultet of main stream stop valve is 32 kg/cm2 (31.38 bar or 455 psi), design pressure is 40 kg/cm2 (39.23 bar or 570 psi).
– final steam temperature 380 degrees Celsius +/- 15 degrees.
– hydraulic test pressure 60 kg/cm2 (58.84 bar or 850 psi).
– feed water temperature at economizer inlet 85 degrees Celsius.
– type of grate : traveling.
– ash disharge : bottom.
– grate drive mechanism : hydraulic drive.
– heating surface: furnace 265 M2, boiler bank 720 M2, super heater 131 M2, economizer 359.52 M2, air preheater 850 M2.
