Used Cane Crushing Mill Line – 7,200 TPD (≈ 6,530 metric tonnes/day)
Complete cane preparation and crushing line designed for high extraction efficiency.
The system includes cane knives, a shredder, (4) six-roller mills, steam turbine drives, reducers, conveyors, and juice separation.

Cane preparation section:
Swing knife set (≈ 600 kW) and Walkers cane shredder with dual force-fed rolls.
Driven by 5,000 HP (≈ 3,730 kW) Shinn Nippon steam turbine
Steam conditions: ≈ 62 bar @ 393°C
Mill tandem – (4) Walkers six-roller mills:
• 84″ × 42″ (≈ 2134 × 1067 mm)
• (3) x 78″ × 40″ mills (≈ 1981 × 1016 mm)
All mills equipped with hydraulic roll loading, Elliott steam turbines (≈ 418–746 kW), and Lufkin gear reducers.
Additional components:
Inter-mill conveyors, juice separator, and large spare roll package.
