Used stainless steel Aeromatic type S6 fluid bed dryer (spray agglomerator) body. This listing includes the main fluid bed dryer housing only. Originally, this model was designed with pressure-shock resistance of 2 bar, reacting pressure “EX” flap <0.1 bar, and “EX” flap area of 0.675 m². Typical operating requirements for this model include: Air preparation housing (pressure shock resistance 0.02 bar) Heating capacity approx. 753,500 kJ/h (steam heating – 4 bar) Fan air quantity approx. 2 m³/sec (static pressure 6,000 Pa), fan motor 18.5 kW, 415 V, 50 Hz ⚠️ Important note: The following components are NOT included: heater / heat exchanger fan / blower controls, instrumentation, or power panel Approximate working capacity of this model when complete: 200–250 kg per batch (depending on product). Previously used for agglomerating food powders (gravy granules). This unit is ideal as a donor machine for spare parts, rebuilding, or project-based integration where auxiliary components are already available.
