Description
Used Automatik/Gala Model Sphero 220.1 underwater pelletizing system. Unit is rated for 22,000 lbs per hour, new 2013. 460 volt AC input, 3 phase, 60 hertz.
System consists of the following:
– Hydraulically actuated start up valve with 11kw hydraulic pump
– Liquid heated die plate with Sterlco Model M2B6017-L 100 kw oil heater
– 60 hp 36-knife cutter head with pneumatically adjustable knife shaft
– Cutting chamber with tangential water supply and pellet drain
– Movitec Model VSF 90/4-2B water tempering system with Funke plate type heat exchanger
– 7.5 hp spin dryer with agglomerate catcher and 1.5 hp blower
– Free standing control panel
– Support structure for cutter, cutting chamber, hyddraulic pump, hydraulic valve and operator controls
