Description
Unused avocado oil extraction line made in 2019 with input capacity approximately 1500 kg/hour. Line includes the following equipment:
– Alfa Laval 3 phase stainless steel decanter with screw diameter 280mm, screw length 1260mm, 15 kW motor, max rotor speed 4400 rpm.
– (3) Termo-blender Alfa Laval Atmospehera round malaxer, 650 litres.
– Alfa Laval UPVX 507 centrifugal separator with throughput capacity 2.7 m3/hour, max feed temperature 100 degrees Celsius, max operating liquid density 110 kg/m3, discharge volume 7.5 litres, 5.5 kW motor.
– Reception and washer with capacity 1500 kg/hour.
– Stoner / pulper with capacity 1500 kg/hour of raw fruits / 1000 kg/hour of pulp in exit.
– (2) Screw pumps, 1.5 kW with speed variation.
– (2) Screw conveyors, 5m long, 2.2 kW.
– Decantation tank with capacity 200 litres.
– Tank for finished oil with capacity 60 litres.
– Thermal unit to heat the kneaders, for water, with plate heat exchanger POVX 12×12.
