BPT SKERMAN UNUSED mobile process vessel constructed in 316 grade stainless steel with mirror polished finish to vessel interior and exterior surfaces. The hemispherical vessel has been made to a very high standard of quality and specification. 430mm I.D. x 360mm deep. Grosss volume to flange face is 42 litres suggesting that the nominal working capacity is approx 25-30 litres. The product outlet is 50mm dia and has a manual valve closure. The vessel is rated at 6 bar and full vacuum design pressure and -30 to 120°C. The stainless steel jacket is rated at the same as the vessel, the test pressure in both cases is 11 bar. Anchor type agitator with variable speed control, 2 x static baffle plates project from the top dish. Main vessel features are :- temperature probes to vessel jacket; hydraulic system for top dish raise and lower; load cell system fitted to vessel legs; vessel light and numerous connections on the top dish, analogue pressure and temperature gauges fitted, pressure relief valve with pre-set adjustment, safety interlock system; CIP spray-balls fitted.
