Description
Used C.W. Brabender Intelli-Torque IT-7150 Plasticorder Extruder System, Serial #E03-146.
Currently equipped with a 24:1 L/D extruder barrel and ¾” (19 mm) screw with strand die, along with a water-cooled feed throat. Package includes a spare 30:1 L/D extruder barrel with a 1″ (25 mm) screw, plus two sheet dies: one 4″ (102 mm) wide and one 6″ (152 mm) wide.
Features unitized digital controls, drive, and parts cabinet. Also supplied with a large assortment of spare parts and screws.
The extruder is rated at 5–25 lbs/hr (2.3–11.3 kg/hr) and has limited production hours.
