DESCRIPTION

Smurfit Kappa Case Packing Machine

Previously being used for glass bottles, in various sizes and configurations. 

Previous user has the below pack sizes limits that they were processing:

Max     320mm deep x 250mm wide x 292mm high

Min      200mm deep x 138mm wide x 218mm high

The machine settings in the HMI give these:

200-340mm deep (distance across line of travel of machine)

200-350mm bottle height

Formats:

2×3 bottles

4×3 bottles

Machine is a max 4 lanes.

Use Smurfit Westrock cases (blanks)

Have most gearboxes and motor spares.

Infeed collation conveyoring is included.
