The EFR is a high precision and self-priming diaphragm and piston dosing pumps.
The EFR pumps are designed with non-loss-motion mechanisms, variable eccentric regulation and available with one or two dosing head configurations operating via a single drive, enabling a variety of flow possibilities.
The pump head is designed for demanding operation and heavy-duty continuous operation, capable of being manufactured in several material configurations such as Polypropylene, PVDF, PTFE and AISI 316, allowing the pump to be used with a wide variety of liquids that are aggressive, volatile, flammable, or inert.
Units are modular in design enabling multiple pump heads connected to a single drive, delivering either the same liquid or different liquids, delivering a flow ranging from 330 to 1600 l/h for piston pump designs, and 207 to 1044 l/h for diaphragm pump varieties.
Dosing flows can be independently adjusted separately on each pump head, allowing a turn down from 100% to 0% of capacity whilst the pump remains in operation.
The EFR is designed and manufactured with materials that can resist most chemicals, including acids, alkalis, fuels, solvents, oils, chemicals, and food, making it suitable for applications within industrial, agricultural and water treatment.
