Description
Used fried extruded snacks line with capacity 500 kg/hour. Line includes the following equipment:
– (1) Maddox vertical blender
– (1) Platform with carbon steel construction, handrails and stairs. Will be repainted.
– (1) Inline screw conveyor made from mild steel.
– (4) NAKS Extruders, Maddox MX350 (being rebuilt and painted). Does not include the cross transfer conveyors.
– (1) Center belt with PVC belt.
– (1) Storeveyor
– (1) Incline conveyor made by Heat and Control. Feeds product to the sifter.
– (1) Vibratory pan (part of fryer) made by Heat and Control. Vibratory infeed to spread Naks.
– (1) Fryer made by Heat and Control. Stainless steel construction, stainless steel belts and control panels. Includes overnight oil tank.
– (1) Heat Exchanger made by Heat and Control. Fitted with Rayelo LPG gas burner (refurbished). Includes control panel, Cornel main hot oil pump, low level oil scavenger pump. Excludes gas train.
– (1) Rotary filter made by Heat and Control. Stainless steel construction, skid mounted.
– (1) Overnight oil tank made from stainless steel.
– Control panels for fryer, with stainless steel construction.
– (1) Flavour tumbler with stainless steel contact parts.
– (1) Dry screw flavour applicator. Variable speed control, contact parts in stainless steel.
