Description
Used Maule mechanical dispersing system with the capacity 60 TPD. This three stage design system is equiped with the following main equipment:
a. Screw conveyor, starting concentration 3.5 %, final concentration 8%, two parallel screw conveyors design 11 kW each.
b. Screw compactor – starting concentration 8 %, final concentration 25 – 30%, 55 kW drive.
c. Screw disperser with a 110 kW drive.
