Description
Used microbrewery with capacity reported to be approximately 35 hl. Sale includes the following major equipment:
– Stainless steel grain hopper with auger;
– Stainless steel jacketed, lagged and clad mash tun on steel supports with approximate capacity 2500 litres;
– Meura stainless steel jacketed, lagged and clad copper on integrated stainless steel supports, gas fired with approximately 4000 litres capacity;
– Stainless steel hot liquor tank with approximately 4500 litres capacity;
– Stainless steel cold liquor tank with approximately 4000 litres capacity;
– (3) Meura stainless steel jacketed fermenting / conditioning vessels, lagged and clad with approximately 3000 litre capacity, on steel supporting stand;
– DME stainless steel jacketed fermenting / conditioning vessel, lagged and clad with approximately 5000 litre capacity on integrated stainless steel legs;
– MTA TAE081 air cooled chiller unit;
– Control panel, pipework, (450) 9 gallon stainless steel casks and (17) 18 gallon stainless steel casks.
