Fully automatic line for the production of disposal facial masks (surgical masks) with ear elastic loops
Feeding system
• Creel support for feeding bobbins for easy bobbin exchange.
• Two feeding bobbin for first and third layer (material PP Nonwoven fabric)
• One feeding bobbin for second layer (melt-blown Nonwoven fabric). Filter layer
• Creel support for plastic nose wire bobbin.
Cutting system
• Length of each cut piece (non-woven layer): 175 mm.
• Plastic nose wire-bridge: 100 mm.
• Elasticated cord: 300 mm. (150 mm.+150 mm.). produced by our machine TUBOTEX
• Continuous rotating cutting system, permitting a high production of masks.
Folding system
• Longitudinal lateral melting by ultrasonic system.
• Insertion and cutting of plastic nose wire (100 mm length) in one lateral.
• Once three layers joined follows the rotating transversal cutting unit for the cut of 175 mm length piece.
• Direct transfer to las elastic melting stations (Option one or two).
Product delivery system
• Two conveyors for the horizontal take off for the posterior packing.
• Automatic counters.
