Description
Used paper straw production lines made by Eberle in 2020 with a capacity of 227,485,440 straws/year.
Line includes the following equipment:
– Reel Stand. 3 plies of paper (19mm, 19.4mm, 21mm left to right) used to make a 7.3mm straw. 2 reels (bobbins) on each station.
– Glue Unit.
– Winding Section: 3 plies introduced uner tension, equal paper overlap set for mechanical strength of straw. 2x18mm drive belts instead of 1, meaning better adhesion and higher speed.
– Cutting Section: 60 cuts / minute = max 60 x 7 straws = 420 straws / minute.
– HMI Operator Interface.
– Automatic straw length measurement: Dual laser sensors set to desired straw length allow precision measurement of individual straws to 0.1mm. Automatic rejection of straws at full speed.
– Overwarapper Machine: 900 straws / minute wrapping capacity. Lightweight 23 gsm wrapping paper.
– Overwrapper Dual Printing Unit.
– Straw Packing.
