Vessel gross volume approx 75 litres, nominal working capacity 50-60 litres. The vessel is vacuum rated for deaeration of the product during the mixing cycle. The mixing elements are(A) full profile anchor style scraped surface 0.75kw, speed range 6-29 rpm; Central zone contra rotating paddle blades, 0.75kw,speed range 20-103 rpm, central homogeniser, 0.75kw, speed range1,500 rpm.
