TV150CF Cyclonic interceptor is one of the most advanced and efficient cyclonic interceptors available. It will remove up to 99% of the dust collected before it reaches the vacuum filter. The TV150CF will extend the operating periods and significantly reduce the total downtime required to clean the filters while simultaneously greatly improving airflow and suction over longer periods. By removing the excessive loading on the filter, filter life is dramatically increased as is the life of the vacuum motor. A high quality “M” specification cartridge filter is fitted as standard, “H” rated available as an option. The carbon impregnated PCD pre-filter facilitates easy cleaning and ensures a longer service life for the cartridge filter. The TV150CF cyclonic interceptor will filter out even the finest dust.
The LongoPac continuous dust bagging system is a clean and convenient way to handle the large volumes of dust generated when grinding, polishing and planing. A closure flap is built into the assembly to seal off the drum and create a vacuum. When the vacuum is turned off the flap opens and deposits the dust into the bag. This feature ensures the TV150 CF will still function even with a torn or damaged LongoPac. When the TV150CF is full of dust the weight of the dust will force open the flap and empty the dust into the LongoPac. With care the LongoPac cassette can be replaced without stopping work. Please note all our systems that incorporate the “LongoPac” system use the heavy duty bag cassettes to prevent accidental tears and rips spilling dust back into the environment.
For operator convenience the TV150CF can be lowered into a “travel” position which is more stable and occupies less space during transportation. Large diam. wheels and locking front castors aid mobility and operation on site. A tangential inlet port further improves the efficiency of the TV150CF.
For optimum performance only use with two or three motor vacuums or three phase vacuums with 4 kW motors.
