Description
Unused Briggs of Burton process vessel made from approximately 1,200 liters of 316/316L stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 1,200 mm in diameter x 870 mm smooth side height. The unit has a screwed domed top lid and a welded hemispherical bottom. Internal design for 10 bar / full vacuum pressure at -20 to 210 °C. External jacket made of 304/304L stainless steel, jacket cooled, design protected for 10 bar / full vacuum pressure at -20 to 210 °C. The unit is equipped with a top-mounted, gate-like agitator made of 316/316L stainless steel with PTFE wall scrapers, driven by an 11 kW motor/gearbox. The unit includes a bottom-mounted Silverson model BE600 emulsifier made of 316/316L stainless steel, driven by a 22 kW motor. The unit is mounted on 304/304L stainless steel legs.
