3.2t street crane for sale. We have just bought a pair of massive 3.2 tonne Street Cranes. Both are single girder and span 25. The Streets 3200 kilogram wire rope hoist, has been replaced with a much newer Kone built SWF hoist. The end carriages are side mounted, known as face mounted or in shear, hence offering low headroom.
The cranes hoist comes with 6m of rope drop. Additionally we can supply free standing supporting steelwork. The crane is a box beam design, built in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak and is a massive 765mm tall. The hoist runs on the beams bottom flange, at 500mm wide.
When delivered and installed a notifiable load will have be arranged with the Ministry of Transport. By all means clients can arrange a movement order themselves because of the cranes actual size and width. This is something we offer with our oversized crane installations, if the client requires delivery.
Not only is the gantry crane very long the overall width (excluding buffers) of its end carriages is 4020mm with a wheel centre of wheel centres 3700mm.
Hoist Type.
The crane has been upgraded to include a low headroom SWF hoist, moreover it can be supplied with Magnetek flex radio remote controls. We carry out UK, and Europe wide crane site surveys, if an order is placed, as well annual servicing, and 24 hour maintenance backup should it ever be required.
If required we can also offer full crane drawings including over turning moments, bolt embedment depth, and pull out forces.
