The smallest 6-plate paper folding machine available, the Galaxy PH65 Pharmaceutical Paper Folding Machine enables you to perform multiple small folds from as little as 18mm on 45 – 150gsm paper. This pharmacy folder is suitable for businesses that require small instructions/manuals to be folded prior to insertion into small product boxes. Other suitable businesses include those in the cosmetic, healthcare, production and parts markets/industries.
With multiple fold types that can also be customised for particular jobs requiring short miniature fold lengths, the PH65 is flat-friction fed using a 2 feed wheel system with thickness separator, for paper weights of 45 -150 gsm and paper sizes of min: 80mm x 100mm and max: 290mm x 500mm. The PH65 folder can produce greater than 16 styles of set folds and custom folds from its 6 fold plates and its smallest fold is 18mm with a high-speed output of up to 12,000 leaflets per hour. It also has a creasing tool that will crease the folded document, so it can be inserted quickly and easily into your product carton.
The Galaxy PH65v is the same as the PH65 but it also has a vertical stacker that collects leaflets neatly at the end of the folding process. The stacker has a positive impact on productivity, reducing the time and effort required in collating the folded leaflets before placing them in product boxes.
